Villa Marin project is located in Beylikdüzü district within the European side of Istanbul. The project is built on a land area of 10,000 square meters, and it consists of 20 blocks, with a total number of villas in it 20, and there are currently options of villas starting from 3 + 1 to 5 + 1, so that the spaces start from 200 square meters to 307 square meters.
