The ongoing Istanbul Finance Center project in Umraniye aims to establish it as the
primary international financial hub. Centralizing all financial activities in one dynamic
environment, the center comprises four major regions dedicated to official bodies,
cultural centers, hotels, and residential buildings. Conveniently located near the E-5
and TEM highways, with a direct metro line operating within, the Financial Center
ensures accessibility.

Positioned to become Istanbul’s new attraction center on the Anatolian side, it features
around 350 commercial units, providing employment opportunities for approximately
150,000 individuals. The inclusion of the Istanbul Finance Mall (IFM) adds to its appeal,
making the center a comprehensive destination for diverse activities.
